With permission from Kevin's beautiful wife Carlolina, we come to you as his friends and his Hardwired Production Family to ask for your support and generosity in this difficult time.

It is with heavy hearts that we share the passing of an amazing father, husband, son, brother, friend, and colleague, Kevin Soto Jimenez, who suffered a cardiac event doing what he loved.

Kevin was an integral part of the Hardwired Productions family, bringing his passion and expertise as a lighting designer to countless events over the years. On Friday night, he was doing what he loved most - running lights on the main stage at the Music Festival Goldrush, helping create the unforgettable moments we all live for.

More than his incredible talent, we will remember Kevin for his warmth, his mentorship of crew members, and the joy he brought to every load-in, every show, and every strike. He approached each production with the same energy and care, whether it was his first or his hundredth time behind the board.

Our thoughts are with his wife, young family, and all who were fortunate enough to know and work alongside him. The production community has lost a true professional and an even better human being.
