In November, I'll be Joining PukaUp’s Cycle for Change 2022 event in Marysville, Victoria. PukaUp are a cause-driven organisation who exist to end suicide. The recent launch of their online course Foundations of Wellbeing means that every Australian can learn the knowledge and tools needed to proactively manage their individual mental health, before reaching crisis point.

This cause means a lot to me because, like many of us, I have seen first-hand the impact that mental illness has had on family, friends and communities.

For every $250 I raise, I unlock one spot in the course which, I can then gift to anyone in my community. The more we raise together, the more people’s lives we can positively impact. Please
