Hello my name is Connor Crist and I am starting this fundraiser for my father, Kevin Crist. If you know my father he is the type of guy that would give you the shirt off his back without expecting anything in return and he never asks anyone for help, but he is going to need it. On his way home, after spending a long winter in Baja, he had a stomach ulcer rupture leaving a 2 inch hole in his stomach. Kevin is being treated at Portneuf Medical Center in Pocatello, Idaho where he will spend the next couple weeks getting back to himself. He was admitted to the hospital on Thursday, May 18th where he soon after went in for immediate emergency surgery. He has had 2 surgeries in total as of right now. He will spend no less than a week in the ICU, and a few weeks at the hospital in total. This will leave him with a great financial burden as he typically works all summer long 24/7 and won’t be able to get back to work for a great deal of time. Things are still pretty touch and go right now, he isn’t quite out of the clear but I will keep the page updated with more information as it comes up.
