Yesterday we lost an amazing friend, husband, father, and brother to a tragic accident. Kevin Cline was well known in Cecil County. Everyone has a Kevin story. He would help anyone, and now I am asking everyone to help Kevin's wife, Tara and son River. This was an unexpected accident and she is going to need our help.
