Kevin’s Fearless Fight Against Guillain Barre

Kevin Brown is a loving, son, brother, uncle, and true friend who is well known in the Charleston area. He brings life and love to any place he goes. On April 29th, Kevin was stricken with an illness that no one could imagine, Guillain Barre. Guillain Barre is a rare syndrome in which the body immune system attacks the nervous system. Kevin is now in MSICU at MUSC where he is slowly recovering, however the journey ahead will be long. Kevin is also known as one who often considers the needs and well being of others before himself, and if he has it to give he’s going to share. The average medical cost of treatment for Guillain Barre Syndrome can be substantial.
