Kevin and Gail Tomlinson

Hello, my name is Carol Danford, and I'm fundraising for Gail and Kevin Tomlinson.

Kevin and Gail own the quaint little coffee/cafe known as Whole Being Cafe located in historic downtown Flowery Branch. The cafe, in itself, is a ministry which provides customers with a hot cup of Java and a wonderful meal served in an upbeat environment. They developed a program known as "The Fan Club". At check out, patrons can donate a few bucks, round up or purchase cafe stickers with proceeds going to the club. The Fan Club feeds our local police and emergency workers who stop in while on the job. It also supports families in need.

Kevin and Gail have selflessly supported many local non-profits. When they are able to get away, they also serve with Mercy Chefs, a faith based, non-profit disaster relief organization and have even closed the cafe when they felt led to serve.

Why the "Go Fund Me"? As a community we now have the opportunity to support Gail and Kevin. They have acquired a significant amount of medical debt. While working on a home carpentry project, Kevin had a "run in" with a power saw. He has severe damage to his left hand and has lost his middle finger.

How can you help? First, pray for Kevin's recovery and the use of his left hand. Second, prayerfully consider contributing to this Go Fund Me initiative. And finally, if you are local to the Flowery Branch area or just passing through and have not visited this awesome cafe..... come on by!!!
