Dear Friends and Loved Ones of Ashley and Kevin,

For those of you who don’t know me, I’m Delauno Hinson, Kevin’s best man, and I’m writing to you guys with a very special request.

While you’re all aware that Ashley and Kevin’s original wedding plans were very significantly impaired by Hurricane Matthew, what you might not know is that, making a deeply disappointing situation even worse, Ashley and Kevin were unable to recover most of the costs they incurred from that weekend.

For this reason, I’ve decided to set up a GoFundMe page on their behalf, and I ask that you consider joining me in making a donation to help them defray the cost of their second wedding (100% of donations net of platform fees will be given as a group gift to them). 

Ashley and Kevin are both very private people, and are also completely unaware of this grassroots effort to help them out. So whether or not you decide to donate, please help me keep this a secret until it’s time to give them their gift.
