Kerrys emergency car repairs

Hi

My name is Kerry and I work as a touring photographer and model.

I'm currently in the Scottish Highlands where I had driven for work and to celebrate my birthday tomorrow.

Yesterday my gearbox suddenly went and needs replacing. I was towed to the closest aa garage and it needs extensive repairs.

I was due to leave for edinburgh today and am instead stranded here with no car or public transport from this area along with 3 large cases and all of my equipment.

I need to raise funds to repair my car so I can get home to my family and also for emergency accommodation while I wait. The garage is currently trying to source a re conditioned gearbox for me. I'm devastated I need my car to be able to work, I also have a disabled son so it's important I have transport at all times.
