Hi, my name is Kerry and I have stage 4 breast cancer. I am a mother to three beautiful daughters and a sister to the best sister in the world. I am trying to raise funds for a medical visit to Moffitt. Moffitt does not take my current insurance, and I am unable to switch my insurance until Jan. 2026. Time is not on my side and I need to have the medical consult prior to January. I am being transparent in regards to pricing. It is $577 up front, then $250 to $750 per slide for tissue review. I am a very independent person, so this is hard for me to ask for donations. I am trying to accept that it is okay to ask for help. My treatments are not working anymore, and this is where Moffitt comes in. I am more than thankful for any help offered.
