To all our beloved family and friends,

 

Our father, Kerry Blant, was diagnosed with oropharynx cancer in 2015, which metastasized to lymp node, intrathoracic, and left lung. As most of you know, he fought bravely against it and continued to live life as fun as he could.  Sadly, after complications surrounding a pulmonary embolism, dad passed peacefully on March 18, 2022 surrounded by his family.

 

Kerry loved the beach, was the most proud of his family, and was the best story teller. He spent nearly two decades of his life giving back and educating children. He was a man who lived a full and exciting life, who was ever restless for the next adventure, and who spoke the truth at every turn. 

In honor of Kerry, we are throwing him a celebration of life! We would like to celebrate him the way that he deserves, with much love and laughter, sharing of memories, and the making of new ones, too. 

We created this fundraiser for those of you wishing to contribute and help ease the financial burden. Any donation will help to cover the cost for his memorial. Thank you to everyone for the outpouring of love, support, and understanding as we deal with the overwhelming grief, shock, and loss.
