I was just diagnosed with late-stage pancreatic cancer.  It has spread everywhere in my upper abdomen.  I'm too far gone for treatment and all that doctors can do for me at this point is attempt to make my passing comfortable.

I'll be gone very soon.  No regrets, I lived a full life and am glad you were all part of it.  I'll miss every one of you.

I'm setting up this account for my funeral expenses and a few other loose ends so my passing doesn't create a huge financial burden for my close family to bear alone.

My man, Mark, has been my rock through all of this staying home to take care of me.  (Who knew he could do laundry?).  He will be in charge of my final expenses.
