Kerrie New's children need our help
Donation protected
December 30th, 2020 changed our lives forever!
Kerrie had been rushed to the hospital only to learn that she suffered a critical stroke at the young age of 43.
Kerrie was air lifted to London, ON in an effort to save her life but tragically, the stroke was fatal and the damage was far too extensive to save her.
Kerrie was put on life support to ensure that her children could be by her side for when she passed and she waited for them.
As soon as her kids were by her side, Kerrie took her last breath and passed away on January 3, 2021.
Kerrie was a single parent to 3 boys, Tyler, Evan and Chris that she was so very proud of.
Kerrie was always working 2, sometimes 3 jobs to take care for her children who were her everything.
Kerrie was so generous and helped any and everyone without hesitation. Kerrie contributed to our community, whether it be through the work that she did, donating to charities or privately helping people she knew needed a hand.
Kerrie was prideful and NEVER asked for help but now more than ever, her children need it.
We can only pray that her good karma from helping others, comes back, as Kerrie would never want to burden her children, grand babies, daughter in-law or the few close friends whom she considered family all of whom she loved fiercely.
Kerrie was not able to be flown back to Thunder Bay.
She remains in London and there, her organs will be donated to hopefully save others lives and cremation will take place.
The tragedy of her unexpected departure left her children trying to find ways to pay for the unexpected costs of travel, cremation which alone is over $2000, eventual funeral expenses - the list goes on.
At her young age, she didn't plan to be taken from this world as she had so much more to give.
Any donation is one step closer to bringing Kerrie home.
We thank anyone who is able to give a donation and know that it is beyond appreciated.
We all understand that time's are tough and if you are not able to donate, sending a prayer to those that are left behind and a "share" this GoFundMe ,
would be in honour of Kerrie's legacy
