Hello, my name is Shawn Ryan and I’m fundraising money in honor of my mother. She passed away suddenly in a car accident and we were in the midst of a remodel. She had a vision that she shared with me, and my brother and I would like to finish this remodel in her honor. She flipped properties for many years in DC, and she was hoping to teach my brother and I how to do work on a house with this property. However when we first got the house everything got really expensive, so we had to wait due to a lack of funds to get things done like the kitchen, 2 bathrooms and the flooring. Stuff works but needs to be replaced.

We started by removing some walls and part of the kitchen.

Our home which was built in the 1970’s has started its new life but it’s still a ways to go. Our mothers vision is there but my brother and I are still in college and we need help raising funds to complete her work. We will post pics as we get things done and replaced.

My mother also had 6 year career in the Navy, and my brother and I also carry on a tradition of military service by serving in the Ohio Army National Guard.
