I suppose the word is “Grateful.” We are grateful that you believe in our mission and chose to contribute your hard earned money to make a difference. Thank you for your trust in us.
It was the worst natural calamity the state has experienced in the living memory. Nearly 400 people have lost their lives and close to 800 thousand have been displaced and living in relief camps.
We consider ourselves lucky to have some truly inspirational leaders among us who rose to the occasion. One such IAS officer who is on the front lines is Prasanth R Nair. Under his inspirational leadership, the volunteers worked day and night to arrange rescue, food and clothes necessary for the millions who were being shifted to relief camps.
The time has now come for Kerala to rebuild itself from whatever is left . We are volunteering with Prasanth Nair and his team on their new project on CompassionateKeralam. The money you have entrusted with us will be spent on rebuilding homes for a few families and make their lives whole again. You will be updated every step of the way on how we spend the fund.
The more you give, the more we can do. So please support, please donate.
Contributions of any amount are welcome. Also, please share with your friends and family and let them know you are in this with us.
Rest be assured that 100% of the fund collected through this campaign will be used only to assist the people affected by the flood situation in Kerala.
To avoid any concerns related to fund management, the following process will be followed.
Once the campaign is closed, all amount donated will be transferred to a US checking account.
All collected funds will be directly transferred to the beneficiaries identified through the CompassionateKeralam non profit initiative.
Details of the fund transfer and beneficiaries will be documented in this site.
