We have been given the amazing opportunity for Keon to receive a stem cell transfer using Zeke’s stored cord blood. Stem Cell transfers for Cerebral Palsy are still considered to be in the trial phase so insurance doesn’t cover any of it. The estimated cost that we will have to pay prior to the procedure will be $14,500. To maximize the neuroplastic capabilities we are also going to do a 10 day intensive therapy with a world leader in New York and will do another round of hyperbaric oxygen therapy. As with stem cells those things also are not covered by insurance. There are so many things we want to do for Keon and unfortunately most of those require a high cost. We also know that we serve a BIG GOD and that there are many people out there who love our family and love Keon.
