Kenzy was brought to Newark Animal Shelter in 2021. After over a year at the shelter with no adoption interest and succumbing to shelter stress, I decided to foster Kenzy. I have been fostering Kenzy for over a year with again, no interest in adoption from anyone. Kenzy is not dog-friendly and therefore I am unable to continue caring for her at my house with my 3 other dogs. The good news is Kenzy has been accepted to live in a beautiful dog sanctuary in Upstate NY. Suruluna Animal Rescue is run by Anna and Mary, two women dedicated to furry friends who are unable to find a furry home. Kenzy is asking for help. This fundraiser is being created to sponsor Kenzy's stay at Suruluna. We need to raise funds by December 10, 2023!

Kenzy will have her own heated shed fit with electricity and a private yard and dog run. She will be walked daily and cared for by the sanctuary staff. Kenzy will be provided a calm and serene environment to live out her days.
