Kenzie's New Legs

Hi everyone! Our very own BBQ expert and Rising Legend's member Paul Carlucci needs our help. His dog Kenzie is not doing well. Kenzie got Lyme disease from a hike they went on in 2022 and the disease has been winning. They had to do surgery on her ACL and knee and the Vets thought they got rid of the lyme, but unfortunately, they weren't successful and the progression of the disease got worse.

Fast forward to now, and Kenzie's back legs are to the point where she can only walk for short periods before needing a rest. They twitch and spasm and she struggles to get up and down the stairs. She has a hard time playing anymore which is so sad for a 4-year-old dog.

If you've ever met Kenzie you'll know that she is the happiest, kindest, gentlest dog with a beautiful spirit and she needs our help!

Paul has mentioned that he wants to invest in a dog wheelchair for her but they aren't cheap and with the bills from the vet for her surgeries it seems like a far-off goal. Hopefully, with the help of our amazing community, we can get Kenzie playing and living life to the fullest again. Any little bit helps and I'm keeping this a secret from Paul so please try not to ruin the surprise!
