Tessa Study Abroad in Kenya

Hi! My name is Tessa Westover and I am currently a junior at The Citadel, where I am studying Exercise Science. I have been accepted into the healthcare study abroad program working in a medical clinic in Nairobi, Kenya this summer. The medical camp will be operational for 3 weeks and will be serving thousands of people from all age groups who otherwise would not be able to receive any medical care. This trip will give me 7 credit hours which I can apply to my degree. Between international airfare and housing while in Kenya my costs are $5,900.
