This August, I’m heading to Kiambururu in Kenya for a 2-week mission trip with a charity called Vision4kids.

Vision4kids is passionate about helping children and young people through education, healthcare, and poverty relief. In Kiambururu, they run a mission school with around 170 pupils, providing not just education, but also school meals, uniforms, health checks, home visits, and medical expenses which are all provided with funds being raised from donors and fundraising events.

Currently, they’re in the middle of a building project to create a new school complex. So far, they’ve completed a new two-story block with 4 classrooms. The work continues with plans for a new pre-school, more classrooms, and a dining hall—but this all takes time, resources, and support.

Every donation, no matter the size, will have a lasting impact on the children on Kiambururu, helping them receive the education and care they deserve.
