Hello Volleyball Enthusiasts and Supporters,
We are the Kentucky Unicorns Women's Volleyball Team, a semi-pro women's indoor volleyball team proudly representing Kentucky and Ohio in the VLA. The VLA is an up incoming professional league in the United States. Our mission is simple: to compete at the highest level possible and inspire the next generation of female athletes.
We're reaching out to our community, friends, and fellow volleyball fans for your support.
Why We Need Your Help:
- Tournament Entry Fees: Competing in top-tier tournaments is crucial for our growth and exposure. However, these entry fees can add up, and we need your help to ensure we don't miss out on any opportunities. Entry Fees can run from $200 to $700+.
- Travel Costs: Traveling to various cities for competitions is essential to our development. Your contributions will help cover transportation, accommodation, and meals for our dedicated team.
- Practice Court Rentals: To stay at the top of our game, we need regular access to quality practice facilities. Your support will enable us to secure practice courts and maintain our rigorous training schedule. Court rentals can run between $60-$80/hour.
- Uniforms: Looking and feeling like a team is vital for our participation in the league. We want to represent our region with pride and professionalism, and your donations will help us purchase high-quality uniforms. Uniforms can run between $90-$110 per player.
- Registration Fees: Registration with VLA and AAU adds up and is another vital cost for our program. These fees can add up, costing us around $60 per player.
