Hi Everyone! I’ve never started one of these but I’ve donated to many of them.
My dear, beautiful friend Ellen Cortez suffered a major disaster in her hometown in Kentucky. On July 28th, in the middle of the night, flash flooding and rains came through. Ellen was able to get out of the house but has lost everything due to the house being completely flooded. There is no flood insurance on the home. The entire house had to be gutted and stripped. The past couple of weeks have been absolute hell. Ellen has helped so many people throughout her life-I’m now asking on her behalf if we can scrape together some funds to help her rebuild and recover.
