Kent Steel

Hi. I'm Bob Brandon.

Kent Steel was a very good friend of mine, someone I have known and loved like a brother for over twenty years. He was an honest man, and someone who would do anything for someone in need.

And Kent loved music. It was his life, along with his wife, Windy Gale. Together, they built a home and studio in Mooresville, NC and worked to make a life with music. Over the years, you've probably heard his voice on commercials or on the radio. Or in many clubs around Lake Norman and Mooresville.

He was so versatile. He could play just about anything, from piano and keyboards to guitars and drums. And he was a gifted singer and song writer. Kent passed on September 6th, 2023. I am humbly asking his friends, former bandmates, music lovers, and anyone who can, to help out with Windy Gale's expenses.

They were married for 27 years, and together was how they lived. Now she faces life alone, and without financial resources. So anything you can offer will be deeply and sincerely appreciated. It was too soon to lose him. Kent Steel will live on through his music and in the hearts of those who knew and loved him. Thank you for caring and helping.
