Hello all,
I wanted to update and thank everyone who has reached out with support prayer and donations.
We are extremely humbled and grateful to you all!
Kent is done with surgery and doing as well as expected after such a long surgery. We are praising God that they successfully got all the cancer without any reconstruction of his tongue or tracheotomy tube. Praise God!!! He is still in ICU so prayers are much needed for peace, rest and healing. Ashley and Nicole have been incredibly strong and so helpful to me. Nicole said it the best #teamorahood ! What a true blessing they are. Kent is a lucky man to have all this support.
I know our needs for the future are overwhelming but we are truly grateful to everyone as I don't know what we would have done.
I plan on closing this fund after this weekend as I believe every donation we have received and we will receive will be all that we need.
I don't know what we would've done without this help and I am grateful and humbled for the generosity and love.
Kent and I have truly have been blessed throughout our lives with such great frienships and I will continue to update Kents progress on my facebook page because Kent hates facebook!
Please pass this on one last time and continue to pray.
He will need lots of rest and nutrition before starting radiation and chemo. They won't know what treatment will be needed until the pathology results come back.
They took 35 lymph nodes from his neck!

Praise God for successful surgery and getting the cancer Out!
Please continue the prayers for healing. He had a difficult time last night not being able to talk as he's still very swollen from his surgery and also getting his wisdom teeth out. He can't take anything from his mouth at this point so you can only imagine how scary that must be. I really believe that God's got this and can't wait for him to get home!
