Kent Boyer, dearly loved son, brother, uncle, nephew, and cousin, passed from this life in a house fire on March 13. He is survived by his parents Dennis and Linda, his sister Nicki (Nicole), his four nephews, and his great-nephew.
Kent loved so big. His family, friends, and his cherished dogs Hank and Lola meant everything to him.
Kent grew up in Saginaw, Michigan and moved to Florida in his early twenties. He lived a full life rich with friendships in many cities throughout the sunny state that he loved. He spent several years in Baton Rouge, Louisiana as well, where he made many friends that he spoke of often.
Kent lived a life full of adventures. He loved to visit with friends around the country and even more so loved hosting family and friends in his homes. His wit and silly sense of humor drew people to him. He was a leader within his industry, and took great pride in elevating his coworkers to high levels of success.
At this time there is not a date for a celebration of life, we will share when plans are made. The family asks that Kent’s friends around the country raise a glass in his name, watch a beautiful sunset, or go out and enjoy a delicious meal - please share your photos. It will mean the world to us to see Kent being remembered by you all.
His Family now needs our help for the final arrangements and some unforeseen cost that are a result of his passing. I ask each and everyone of you that knew Kent and still wanted to be his friend (most of you will get that) to help his family out in their needs to move pass this with out this weight over them. His mother and father are the pillars that Kent came from and the ones that made him the great friend we all loved. I want us to show them what an impact they made around the world with the son they shared with us all.
