On Christmas Eve night our home caught fire. It started in the garage, destroying EVERYTHING including the car. The house has extensive smoke damage; 

furniture, clothes, household items, etc are ruined. In a matter of minutes we went from Christmas Joy to Homeless. At age 72 and 70, We must start all over.

We are seniors on a fixed income, we need help with the immediate expenses of temporary housing, car and miscellaneous expenses. Next will be looking for a new home and car. It's overwhelming when you're living on Social Security. Honestly, I am scared, afraid because we just don't have the resources for what we must do.
