Kenny’s Health Battle

Hi everyone,

I’m reaching out with a heavy heart to ask for your support for my dad, Kenny. Recently, he has been facing serious health challenges, and the medical expenses are quickly becoming overwhelming for our family.

My dad has been diagnosed with necrotizing fasciitis. At this time, he has been in the hospital for 32 days, 3 different hospitals, and 8 surgeries with more on the way. He will face a long road of recovery and reconstruction to his body so that he may be able to walk normally again. His wounds are extensive and treatment is complicated.

My dad is currently at Ohio State University hospital in Columbus, OH and the traveling to and from Beckley and North Carolina is starting to become financially difficult for our family with weekly stays, food, and gas.

Despite everything, my dad remains strong and hopeful, but the costs of hospital stays, treatments, medications, and daily care are adding up fast. We want to make sure he gets the best care possible without the financial burden weighing him down. Shari hasn’t worked since the passing of my brother, Michael, and my dad was the only one working at the time he got sick.
