Help With Kenny's Final Expenses

My father, Kenny Overstreet, unfortunately passed away on the night of Tuesday, May 20th, 2025. Like my mother when she passed in 2017, my father didn't have life insurance so I'm starting this fundraiser if anyone would like to help with his final expenses. Making things even more difficult is the fact that almost exactly one week prior to his death we both had spent a significant amount of money on an unexpected home repair so money was already tight before his death. And now that he's gone I will no longer have his help in paying the monthly bills and I am now alone in the house and will have most likely have to make some significant financial decisions.

If the goal of this fundraiser is reached then that will cover the cost of his cremation. A memorial for my father is planned to take place in late June.

UPDATE 5-28-2025 - Thanks everyone for your generosity in this difficult time, it really means a lot to me. In less than a week the original goal for this fundraiser has nearly been met. Our family is planning to have a memorial for my father on June 28th. We will need to have some sort of a catering service for the memorial, so I have adjusted the goal of this fundraiser. Any additional funds raised past the original $2700 goal of this fundraiser will go towards paying for this catering service and any other costs that may pertain to the memorial.
