Kenny Krygier complete the Grand Slam of 200s

Many people ask me why I run and why I run such a crazy amount of miles and here’s the reason. Running has been something that has taken over my life shortly after I retired from the United States Marine Corps in 2014. You may or may not know this, but I have struggled many years with PTSD and mental health issues. After several years of many medications and therapy, I turned to running to help me with the daily struggles I was going through. I now use running as my therapy, my Church, my meditation and my medicine. I do not run from anything, I run with my demons to exercise them and keep them tired. I strive to push myself to the absolute limits that I can and I feel that this is a new challenge that will certainly do that.
I am seeking support for four 200-plus mile foot races that make up the Grand Slam of 200s. The races are the Cocodona 250 (May 6-11), Tahoe 200 (June 14-18), Big Foot 200 (August 9-13) and Moab 240 (October 11-16). I will be completing all of these races in 2024 and have a goal time of around 80-95 hours to complete each race. There are only 8 people in the world that have completed the Grand Slam of 200s and I want to be one of them with the support of my family and friends.
Currently, I have invested over $5,000 of my own funds to secure registration into 3 of the 4 races. I am hoping to raise enough money for traveling to and from each race and also expenses for the crew and vehicle for each race.
I will be using Chaos Crewing services for some of these events that my family cannot attend. This crewing service will be my biggest expense and what I am looking for the most help with. The cost breakdown for each race will roughly be $3,500 per race to cover travel costs for myself, crew and a crew vehicle.
I would greatly appreciate any support you can provide to help me reach my goal of completing the Grand Slam of 200s!
