Kenny Fuller

This page has been created by friends of Kenny and Rochelle Fuller.  We lost a very good friend today. Kenny has gained his heavenly wings. Fly high with the angels my friend. Sing with Joy to the Lord and if we listen closely we will hear him singing from high above.

We are asking for donations to help with Kenny's medical/funeral expenses, prayers and support.

For anyone that knows Kenny loves him. He would be the first to offer you a hand when needed. He has always been full of life and eager to put a smile on your face and a song in your heart. Sitting around with friends and family playing his guitar and singing. He loved to engage everyone and before long he had everyone signing and he was just playing the guitar with a big smile on his face. He spent many years traveling and playing with the Earl Thomas Conley band. As a matter of fact that is how he and Rochelle met and fell in love. You could say she was quite the groupie.. She would follow the band just to be with Kenny. The love that they have for each other is like no other.

"Good Friends, Good Whiskey and Good Lovin"
We would like to share some sentiments from ETC Band members:

*Hi. I'm Michael Pyle and I'm writing on behalf of the Earl Thomas Conley Band. Even though Earl is no longer with us, I believe that he would agree with every word of this. We all love Kenny Fuller. When you travel in the close confines of a tour bus together for so many years, you truly do become like a family. Kenny became an integral part of that family. Some people have two sides but in all of those years together, we only saw one side of Kenny. He is easy to love. A very kind and giving person with a huge heart and soul. His job truthfully might have been the hardest of all but through good times and bad, he was dependable, dedicated and always held steady A lot of people think that being on the road and playing in front of thousands of people must be the ideal life, it doesn't take long to realize that the glamour is pretty much make believe. Wherever we played, we always got Kenny up to sing a song with us. He loved it, we loved it and most importantly, the crowds loved it. A special thanks to God for allowing Kenny Fuller to be in our lives.

*Great singer, great bus driver & even greater person. It was a smooth ride with Kenny behind the wheel
of the ETC Silver Eagle, you could crawl in the bunk and get a good nights sleep. At a show in Fort Bend county Texas, Kenny met the love of his life. I am glad I got to introduce Kenny to Rochelle. What a couple, they were meant to be together. I'm grateful for having the opportunity to get to know Kenny. Please keep both Kenny & Rochelle in your thoughts and prayers during this difficult time.

*Kenny Fuller-Singer/Songwriter/Guitar Man

Kenny Fuller- long-time tour bus driver for the legendary Earl Thomas Conley. Kenny drove 8-10 guys all over the 48 contiguous States, flawlessly!! When it was time to hit the highway, Earl would say " Is Kenny Driving? If not, I don't want to go!"
Kenny drove the bus like it was an extension to his soul. He knew how to make it float, as though we weren't even moving.
One night, we found out in the round, that Kenny sang like a bird, in fact, a Merle Haggard Clone to be exact! Earl was blown away by his warm baritone voice, that he put him on the stage every night during the band song portion of the show! Many nights, Kenny would receive a standing ovation and an encore!!! We miss our friend so much and there will never be another man as diligent, tough and professional as Kenny Fuller!

We love you Rochelle, you are in our thoughts and prayers.

*Please keep Kenny and Rochelle in your prayers...we are thankful that Kenny made it back to Tennessee for Earl's Memorial and we got to visit and reminisce with Rochelle and him.  Earl thought Kenny hung the moon!  He NEVER stopped talking about not only what an incredible driver he was, but what an outstanding person he was as well.  He said it was always a good trip if Kenny was behind the wheel.  Our thoughts and support are with Kenny, Rochelle and their family...
