Kenneth's Health and Home Crisis

Hey everyone!

My name is Ashley and I want to share my friend’s story in hopes to help her and her family get back on their feet!

My friend Sasha has a 7-year-old son, Kenneth. He was born with a condition called Hirschsprung’s disease, which affects his large intestines/colon and has caused many health issues.

Kenneth has been in and out of the ER many times because of this and this time had to have emergency surgery! He got rushed to the children's hospital where he underwent a 10 1/2 hour surgery to flush out his intestines and attach an ostomy bag. He was in the hospital for a week during recovery, and now is home safely, thank goodness! Kenneth will need to undergo a few more surgeries throughout the next year to fix his intestinal issues and hopefully be on the right track to being happy and healthy again!

While Sasha was at the hospital with Kenneth, her other 3 kids were at home with their stepdad. Sasha received news that the house they rent is going to be sold and now they have to find another place to live. Sasha is the only one working in her household and is struggling to keep up! Between Kenneth needing emergency surgery, having to be out from work, and now being troubled with having to find a new home, Sasha is in need of some help!
