Kennedy's Care Collection

Donation protected
On the morning of February 18th,  Kennedy Whitman became one of the unfortunate bystanders to a garage explosion during a mechanic session on a snowmobile where the gas lines were being worked on.

The exact cause of the near deadly explosion is still yet to be finalized, although it's most likely thought of being from the automatic ignitor turning on from the gas heater that was in the garage.

Kennedy fortunately was rescued by her boyfriend, although she was the last one who made it out, and is now suffering from severe burns from the waist down.

While she is in stable condition, her hospital stay will at minimum be another week, and routine walking just to perform daily tasks and her time off of work will likely last a couple months, leaving her in financial distress as she does not have paid leave for her specific situation.

As such, we're reaching out to the community asking for donations so that Kennedy is able to focus on her health and path of recovery, while not having to worry about her financial responsibilities like health insurance, loan payments and other regular monthly bills she has.

The goal is to reach $4,000 to help cover her bills during her time off. Anything helps and is extremely appreciated, and we thank you for taking the time to empathize with us during Kennedy's time of need and for your kind donations!
