Kendrick Lewis is a loving father to Shayla, Trinity and Trevon and grandfather to Legend. He is one of the four surviving children of Alice Fay Lewis.

He enjoyed hosting BBQs and getting his family get together for holidays. He loved baking, cooking and hosting.

he was a sports fan and especially fond of the Eagles.

He enjoyed being surrounded by family and friends.

On June 2, 2025 he had a massive stroke and has been hospitalized since. He was life-flighted to Jennie Sealy Hospital in Galveston, TX where he underwent surgery brain surgery and had been maintained sedated in hopes of a recovery.
