My first cousin, Kendric Wade was  a gifted mechanic and had been working the same job for twenty years. He was a good man ( e.g. good southern manners, never got into any trouble, like to laugh and loved to work). Today, a recently fired, disgruntled, co-worker decided to enter the shop and fire a round of shots. One of those shots hit Kendric. Another hit the secretary. The shooter killed himself last. What a sad way for a good person to die. 
He found the love of his life and married his Jamacian sweeheart two years ago, on December 27, 2015.  Kendric was so excited to be a step-father to her two young girls.  He was so excited she was finally approved to be in the USA.  After the two year wait period, she  boarded her flight to USA to reunite with her husband,  but only to learn he was slain in a sensless act of gun violence.
