"Let me know if there is anything I can do."
When someone is struck with tragedy this is the most common response for us to say. We hear it for the relatively minor things or even the big things in life and especially for those moments when we reveal the worst news of our lives.....
The downside of being on the receiving end of those words is that we have no idea how to answer that. We don't know what you can do. We don't know how you can help. We don't know what we even need....
Sometime, though, the answer is clear-cut. We need money. Most of the time we need money to get us through the difficult times or smooth things over, but in rare cases, we need it to help us live.
This is one of those times.....
On April 14th, 2021 Kendra was Diagnosed with a rare form of breast cancer called Paget's Disease of the Breast. This diagnosis has devastated her husband and 2 young daughters as well as her and all her loved ones. Symptoms of the disease first showed when she was 26 due to the rarity of the disease she had been misdiagnosed causing the disease to go undetected until now.
She will be getting a double mastectomy on May 4th, 2021. This is just the beginning of her brave battle with cancer. Kendra will be facing many challenges, we are currently waiting on more test results and getting new information every day.
All we are asking is that if Kendra or her story has impacted you in any way, we really need your help now.
Thank you so much for any help you can provide. It will make a mark on this world, and the lives of good people.
Please keep Kendra and her family in your thoughts and prayers.
