My absolutely amazing neighbor, Kendra Goins, needs help with major medical expenses. Kendra, who just turned 13, was diagnosed with Hurler's Syndrome. She received a bone marrow transplant but unfortunately her transplant is now  failing at 12.5%. Just this week she received the great news that she has been selected for a clinical trial in Los Angeles. This trial for gene therapy could mean very promising results for her future. The trial is providing airfare but Kendra's mother Cheryl and her sister Kiristen will be accompanying her for the 12 weeks and cost of living is obviously much higher in L. A . than it is in Alderson, WV : )  Any amount that you can give, even just a few dollars, would really help! Let's get Kendra feeling better so she can get back to caring for her animals!
