When I tore my ACL, I had no idea what to expect with physical therapy. It was really hard—painful, frustrating, and honestly kind of lonely. I noticed small comforts from others when they reached out or brought me a little pick-me-up gift—something that made the days a little easier or kept me motivated. That’s why I started KendallKaresClub. I wanted to make care bags for people going through rehab, filled with little things that actually help—like cozy socks, ice packs, journals, or just something to make them smile. I wanted others to feel supported from day one, because I know how much it matters to feel like someone’s rooting for you.


What started as a personal mission to turn a difficult experience into something positive has grown into a community-driven effort to encourage, uplift, and remind rehab patients that they’re not alone.
