If you met Kendall, no doubt you loved him. He is a beloved fiance, son, brother, uncle, Godfather, cousin, nephew and friend to all who were blessed to know him. We are looking to try and raise funds in a hurry to help his family and his fiance, Raeven Grant, provide a proper burial during this tragic time. The funeral home where Kendall is does not allow for a payment plan so we are pressing hard to raise funds ASAP so he can lay to rest peacefully, hopefully by January 19th.
Kendall passed away suddenly on January 10th, 2022 at the early age of 33 after having dealt with complications from kidney and heart failure which he began battling over the last year. At age 10 Kendall developed juvenile diabetes which he managed without ever complaining all the way up to his passing.
Kendall loved fishing, playing and watching all types of sports, an avid gamer with the controller in his hand and anything Marvel Universe. He also loved to sing and rap and could come up with a jingle at the drop of a hat. Kendall was the best Godfather ever to their 6 year old Goddaughter Bria. All Kendall ever wanted was to see Bria happy and he would spoil her every chance he got.
Kendall graduated from Waukegan High School in 2007 and has since held many jobs, usually two or three at a time. According to Raeven his most cherished job was working at Rockland School in the Champions program before and after school where he would be the first to arrive each day and the last to leave. Kendall also worked at Rockland over his last year helping keep the school open for students during the pandemic who needed a place to learn where he would guide the students through their school day as they learned virtually from their teachers. According to Raeven, "he raved about the kids and they were his heart and soul". Speaking firsthand from working with Kendall, the kids loved him as much as he loved them.
Please consider helping raise funds for Kendall's memorial by contributing to this campaign and spreading the word via any means you can. Thank you so much on behalf of Kendall and his loved ones!
