Kendahl’s Surgery

Hello! I’m Savannah Anderson, and Kendahl Knapton is my sister-in-law. Anyone who knows her can attest to how generous, kind, and hardworking she is. Kendahl has been having pain in her wrist that is affecting her ability to do her job. She went to the doctor for what she thought would be an easy fix, but sadly, that was not the case. She was diagnosed with a giant cell tumor of the bone in her right wrist. Thankfully, It’s benign, but it is growing rapidly and becoming more painful. She is now unable to use her dominant arm. Due to how rare this condition is, she is requiring surgery at the Huntsman Cancer Institute in Salt Lake City. They will have to do a hip bone graft to replace the bone in her wrist.
