Clippers in London

We know...$6,500 is a lot of money, but we would love the opportunity to travel abroad with our school's program, Literacy in Motion. Here's our story...

We are siblings- Nick and Kennedy  who  attend Oxon Hill High School (home of the Clippers) and we would like to participate in the Literacy in Motion: Clippers in London program. The goal is to not only provide a once in a lifetime opportunity to travel abroad, but to provide access for us to become global citizens. It is not enough to simply read about the world through a textbook.

On the trip, we will have projects and portfolios to establish and share with our classmates and community.  We will gather our literacy data from visiting museums, parliment, landmarks, theater productions, and participate in guided workshops.

Your contribution will provide us with the opportunity to travel abroad and experience literary activities in London. Thank you.

LOCATION: London, United Kingdom - March 24– March 31, 2016
