My name is Ken Sorenson and 3 weeks ago I was diagnosed with stage 3 pancreatic cancer. My wife and I of 24 years are trying to wrap our heads around this diagnosis. I’ve just gone through a hip replacement, 2 dislocations, and a hip revision all in the past couple of months. I was just getting ready to take myself and my wife on a trip somewhere before all this happened. Now I get to look forward to a port placement, pet scan/ct from head to thigh, chemotherapy class and Chemo on August 12th.
