Our father, Ken Humphries passed away suddenly on 5/5/19 at the age of 63. He was loved by so many and left this world a better place. He seemed healthy and happy in life at the time of death. This was such a shock, we all thought Dad would just live forever. Kenny was like everyone's dad, so many looked up to him and relied on him for help, and he was always there for us. He was our Rock and will always be with us in spirit.
My brothers and I have handled the funeral costs, as Dad did not have insurance. I understand there are people who want to contribute, and your kindness is greatly appreciated. He always said he wanted to be cremated, and we plan to eventually scatter his remains in the Great Smoky Mountains, which was his favorite vacation place. For anyone who wishes to donate, we will use the funds towards a headstone or some sort of memorial marker and also help cover his final arrangements.
Our family thanks you for your love and support. Ken lived a great life and will be sorely missed.
