Friends meet Mr. Ken Hammond
Ken Hammond works for the Houston County Board of Education. Over the last five or so years, his wife has been very sick. Through her sickness, Ken has been the husband/housekeeper, the Grandfather that helps take care of the grand-kids, and the son-in-law that takes care of the in-laws. Plus he has to take care of himself when he is sick. Due to the extended illness of his wife and in-laws, Ken has had to miss many days of work.
Currently, Ken's wife Rene has been admitted into Hospice Care. This continued fight for her life has been daunting, and we can only hope and pray for a miracle.
This has brought a financial burden on his family. As his wife continues to fight for her life each day, Ken struggles with taking off work to be with her. I am asking for help so that Ken can take off work and not have to worry about how he will pay the bills. Any type of help will be appreciated. I thank all of you for your donations in helping the Hammond family.
