Ken Boston and Family

Sunshine State Distributing is raising money to help one of our own, Ken Boston.

On Sunday December 3, travelling home on Florida’s Turnpike from having dinner with his wife Lauren, Ken was witness to an accident that occurred in front of them on the Expressway. Being good Samaritans, they stopped to assist the accident victims. Ken assessed that the people involved were ok, he then headed back to his own vehicle when he was struck by another vehicle approaching the scene. Fortunately, and thankfully, he survived, however, due to the severity of his injuries he was left with extensive damage to his body that included a multitude of broken & fractured bones, lacerations internally and externally. This tragic accident resulted in a stay in the hospital that lasted in excess of a month for countless surgeries and recovery.

Ken has since been discharged from the hospital; however, he has unfortunately been re-admitted on several occasions due to complications and ongoing procedures that have been part of his healing process.

Ken currently continues outpatient physical therapy. He is unable to walk on his own at this time. This continues to create a great hardship on his family.

All funds raised, through your generosity, will go toward the ever-mounting medical bills for many hospital stays, medications, and outpatient treatments.
