Ken Beason Memorial Fund

Ken Beason unexpectedly passed on July 11, 2023 from congestive heart failure and had been suffering from cardiovascular disease for over a decade. Ken was a beloved husband, grandfather, great-grandfather, and a friend to many. He leaves behind his wife, Haline, step-daughter, Kelly, grandchildren, Kyler, Halland, and Steven, and great-grandson, Lincoln. Ken dedicated his life to his world-renowned work as a saxophone technician and designer and made connections with musicians and other professionals around the world.

The sudden and unexpected loss of Ken has left his wife of 34 years, Haline, with numerous financial burdens that were unforeseen. We would like to give Ken the memorial he deserves to honor his memory and say our last goodbyes. I am currently asking for donations to help cover the cost of Ken’s Celebration of Life and to set up a legacy fund to sponsor a scholarship for a saxophone student at Brevard Music Center in Ken's name. We hope to raise $25K by September 23rd, 2023 to help with the unexpected expenses. We would be grateful for any contribution.
