Dear Friends, Family, and Kind Strangers,
My dad, Steven Jason Gilliland, suffered a massive stroke on April 25, 2025, leaving him paralyzed and on a ventilator with minimal brain activity. As this progresses, doctors don’t expect him to recover, and we’re preparing to say goodbye. We need your help during this heartbreaking time.
Dad was full of life. He was a huge Ohio State Buckeyes fan, loved the Bengals and Colts, and never missed a college football game. He was happiest catfishing, cooking amazing meals for us, or laughing over cornhole and gambling. He was a loving husband to Paula, a proud dad to Treven, Bryson, Madison, Jacob, and Jase, a devoted son to Steve Ray Gilliland (and Lora), and a great brother to Steve Spangler, Stephane Johnston, Tony Gilliland, and Jerod Haning.
We’re facing burial expenses. This GoFundMe will help us cover these expenses and honor Dad’s memory. Any donation, big or small, helps so much. If you can’t give, please share our story or keep our family in your thoughts.
Thank you from the bottom of our hearts
