Kemp Family Fire Relief

The Kemp family lost ALL of their personal belongings in a tragic fire New Years Eve. The family is without food, shelter, and clothing. Mom, a graduate from Smithfield High and Christopher Newport University, is former teacher for Hampton and Norfolk Public Schools.  The three children attend Tyler Elementary, Magnet Middle School, and  Kecoughtan High School in Hampton, VA.
