Hi! My name is Norma.. my best friend's daughter, Kelsey, was killed in a terrible car accident this last weekend in Yoncalla, Oregon. She was 28. She has 2 boys who are staying with her mom, Tammy. There was no car insurance.

The loss of Kelsey has hit this family hard.. any little bit would help.. the ME is being very understanding. If anyone could help that be awesome. They were left with no other family or resources.
