Kelly Lost Her Battle: Medical Bills Overwhelming
Donation protected
Update: Kelly passed away March 15. Her memorial will be Saturday May 24 at 11:30 at Cherokee Pines in Perry, GA. The funds we originally received were used to cover her bills and living expenses for her son. We are doing one more push for funds to cover her memorial and to assist her son with additional financial needs to transition in this very difficult time. If you can find it in your heart to give, we would really appreciate it. Every little bit helps and is desperately needed. https://www.mcculloughfh.com/obituaries/kelly-pollard
On February 18, 2025, while on an annual team-building trip to Mexico with her work family, Kelly Pollard became extremely ill. What started out as a simple cough and a suspected sinus infection turned into an unthinkable nightmare. Immediately upon returning to Georgia, Kelly went to the walk-in clinic and was given steroids and antibiotics for what was thought to be a simple cold and sinus infection. Within two days she was admitted to ICU. Three days later, she was fully intubated. This photo of Kelly was taken less than a week before she was intubated, and she is now fighting for her life.
Kelly is a long-time, loved and valued employee of The Fricks Law Firm in Warner Robins, GA. She is more than a co-worker; she is family. Kelly is bright, energetic and funny. She is an extremely hard worker and has been her entire life. Kelly brings sunshine to our days and has the biggest heart. She had a hand in helping thousands of people realize their dreams of home ownership over her 30+ year career in the real estate business.
Kelly has no medical insurance and fully supports her son, who is all she has. Kelly has a very long road ahead of her, and without financial support for both her and her son Brandon, she will quickly fall behind on her monthly bills. The medical costs are quickly mounting and have already surpassed any amount she would be able to repay. The home they live in is the only home Brandon has ever known, and we cannot bear the thought of them losing it or being left with bills he simply is unable to pay.
If you are able, please help support Kelly and her son Brandon during these unimaginable times. Any little bit helps. If you are unable to donate to her cause, please share so others may see this plea and donate. Kelly is currently in ICU at Houston County Medical Center in Warner Robins, GA. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for your kindness, generosity, and support during this traumatic time.
