Hello family and friends!

I am thrilled to announce that this Spring Break I will be traveling to Cusco, Peru to provide medical care to low-income communities with UF MEDLIFE. On this trip, I will be volunteering in mobile clinics in Cusco, where I will receive educational, hands-on experience along side MEDLIFE health professionals and physicians. These mobile clinics provide various medical stations, such as Primary Medicine and Triage, Obstetrics and Gynecology, Medical Education, Pharmacy, and Dentistry. 

As a Pre-Physician Assistant student, this medical mission trip is a way to give back to a community that is extremely underserved. The UF MEDLIFE volunteers and myself will be providing free medical services to patients who typically do not have access to healthcare. Additionally, I will be able to see how medicine is practiced around the world.

However, medical service trips can be expensive, including payments for the clinic fee and flights. It would mean so much to me to receive any bit of support, as this is a trip that I have wanted to go on since I decided to go into the medical field!
