My father, Kelly Velasco who was a Parlier native was called home by our Lord this past Wednesday. He was a loving father, grandfather, and die hard Rams fan. Unfortunately he struggled with many health issues. If possible my family and I are asking for any help to lay him to rest during this difficult time. Thank you to those who have sent their prayers and time with us it means the world.
